Goodbye 2010. I will miss you.

2010 was a great year for me.. The year that made my relationship stronger after Matin's accident. The year I changed my bike. The year AH shifted to Yishun. The year I met new great friends. Even though it was great. I can't bring 2010 with me to 2011. I am sad but I have to live on. Things come and go. I'm going to miss all the good moments from 2010.

So, Hello 2011. I hope that you will be good to me. And I am nervous.

I've learnt the hard way today. I've learnt that I was the most selfish girl I've ever known. Swallowed my feelings, wore my heart on my sleeves. And I lost a dear friend. A friend that I love. Heavy raining today and I'm stuck at home on a public holiday. This just reminded me about yesterday. Was at SSDC from 1240hrs til 1822hrs. I was stucked due to heavy rain and I forgot to bring raincoat. Worse to worse, I don't have a spare and it was my first day! Take that!! I almost die of boredome. Luckily SSDC has a telly. Beach volleyball match entertained me. And a boy came to talk with me.

Oh, look. FINALLY! Class 3! Let me drive your 4-wheels baby.... Next license, Class 2A baby!

Last week, after I got to know about personalized cash card from Natalie's blog, it gave me an idea to make these for Matin and myself. :) And, ta daa!!!

Yes I'm finally back! (Which probably I will M.I.A. again) It's almost 24hrs since I got my sleep. Yes, I haven't sleep.... I went out to meet the pretty boy then meet Su su and the other J.I.W.A. gang for Paranormal Activity 2. It was ok.... Continuation from the first one. Hehe....

Oh, I'm diagnosed with a baby's infection.... Pins and needles on my hands and feet. Ouch la.... 1 week MC. Party in the house. And some stupid incident which was quite bad for me.... Was home since 4 plus a.m. and done with shower. Now I'm fresh and sexy and I'm typing this.... I should be sleeping by now.....

Work was peaceful in the morning until the 1st standby came around 11a.m. And lotsa lotsa of patients... It was like hari raya open madness house in ED. Hehe.....

I love today, such a nice day to work. Very peaceful with not oh-so-many patients in the department. I had my first Kinder Joy. I had always wanted to buy it but I didn't, Guess I'm too cool for that, I mean too paiseh to buy it myself. Haha! Thanks to Nurul.

Today was awesome. The doctors were doing IA and CVP on a patient, suddenly I heard my tummy rumbling... The blood must have got something to do with this. And long journey to other hospital on a rainy day and cold air-con= sleepy... ZzzzZZzz...

Went out with that pretty boy to buy stuff for E day. But we just can't wait to wear it. Treat it as our 2nd anniversary gifts then. Nevermind, we will buy it again for the big day.

Busy, tired, zzzzz......

Its very early in the morning, I woke up at 3a.m. All because I slept right after buka. Hehe.... I was so frigging tired and my morning shift was busy like hellest? Hell- Heller- Hellest. These ratings I got from my SSN. Yeah. It was so busy, we were out of beds to offer in department. But one thing for sure, LUCKY GOT NO STANDBY ah!!! If not I'm sure going to have a breakdown. :|

And what other way to reward yourself for surviving, shop! I just bought a VS hair straightener! Weee....! My hair is short and fluffy on the bottom. And I will miss my long hair if you guys keep on talking about it!

Proud

Today I proved myself worthy. I changed the old leaking metal spring pipe in my shower. I am very proud. Of course it was such a big deal for me, coz I never fix any toilet stuff. :)

And what's more, today there was no standby during my shift as I was part of the ER team. I had buang my suay-ness. :) I like my new look.

Long overdue

I have been staring at this space for a long time.... cob webs in every corner of this screen. I am so lazy to update my blog and I feel that I am no fun. Work has been a priority in my life, hey I work six days a week, and during my free time be it after work or before my mind will be idling. No good. So no fun for the past few weeks until Matin's 24th birthday... :)

We went to Slash concert! Well, the reason was actually we as in me, Matin and Aliaa wanted to catch Coheed and Cambria live performance! It was awesome. An advance birthday treat for the birthday boy. And we will definitely buy the ticket if C&C comes to Singapore again!

Matin told me that I have to be confident, well I do admit I am lack of confidence. And guess what he made me do? Cut my 3 years old hair!!! I was shock that he said I should cut it. I was thinking of cutting it but I wasn't ready... I kinda love my long hair coz it was permed, second, I just dyed my hair!

So, I went to a hair saloon near his place and told auntie to cut my hair short. And you should see her reaction when I said it short. And to make me feel slight guilty, she tied my hair into a ponytail, cut it and gave it to me!!!! There I saw my nice long hair been tied and it was on the TABLE!!!! And now I feel my head lighter. Haiz....

And YES, That is my HAIR!!! I brought it back home ok.

The hormone that hits my mood.

I thought that when my workplace is nearer, I can reach home earlier. But I was wrong... I came out from work late. :) Then I went to Northpoint. I had to buy card holder for my work licenses. My motive was to buy that thing only but when I stepped into Popular, I started to wander around and picked up post it note. And what was I'm thinking inside this shallow brain of mine was "Oh, maybe I should get this, i can write notes and paste it on my mirror so I won't forget about stuff. And maybe I should get a colourful book marker as well." Then I wandered around some more and went to the pen sections. "Oh, black pen. It is a must at work". Then when I turned around, eraser sections. "Oh, should I?" Yes, I do think I am weird. But all of these just reminded me about school days..... I miss school.

But it didn't stop there. I went to Watson just to buy Panadols for my mum and I started to wander around! My mood of shopping came again. I looked to the make up section. "Hmmm, mascara... But no, I don't need that." But I just had to buy something so I bought a hair treatment instead.

I went to KFC to get a mashed potato for mum but I bought one for myself. I shopped for stupid stuff.

GSS fever.

I need to babble about something but I'm not quite sure what. Oh yes! After almost 2 weeks, I had finally finished reading Eclipse book. Now waiting for boyfriend to buy me the next book, Breaking Dawn. :)

So, my birthday is around the corner I don't feel like I want it to happen. 24. Heh. Those digits keep on getting bigger and bigger every year and I'm ageing every single day! I hope that I forget that day was my birthday. And I will be working morning shift.

Insomnia

I'm feeling insomniac.... That's because I chose to. And I can't wait for Sunday. That will be perfect. I'm feeling stressed up. No, I did not chose that.

Magic touch going gone

I am so in need to go for a refresher course in Paramedic!!! Two alphas came to KTP to pick up patient. Wait, SCDF Emergency Ambulance Service(s) came to a hospital to convey patient to hospital? Yea yea.... KTP me yo chin chi pu men. Then I saw an ITE pmt, it is so reminded me of my training.... I miss those adventures. But seriously, someone need to send me for a refresher course before I lose my TOUCH!

Oh ya, just now was my very very first time dialed 995! I was so nervous that I forgot what I should say.. It was like a moment of the first time you talk to your crush. Yeah. I was like talking gibberish la! So paisey!

Stupid surveys and Ris Low

You know what I hate? Surveys! I just hate it when I went to a certain website to watch movies and this small pop up(permanent) btw stays in the middle of the window. Like fuck right??

So, this is a pic of a website being blocked by a small permanent pop up. You die die need to complete the survey in order to proceed.... Some are free, some they want you to play smses game(claiming of chances winning an iPad) No thanks, I don't wear pad, I use tampons. Ok, sarcasm. But the thing about smses game, they rip off your money like seriously, $4 per message received? Think about it.

And how about this? This website come from the survey's link. I don't think this is a survey. It looks like a MLM but with a twist. A twist like a newer version. Instead of calling for downline, you ask them to join and make an account. I think. I just said this because I saw the word "make money" yeah.

So, I was doing some research on myself... I think my english is bad... I mean not in writing form but in talking, pronunciation and dictation. How do I know? By recording myself thru my macbook thats it! Eureka!

I'm scared that 1 day, Ris Low might find me and bashed me up for "making fun of her english" kinda. :))

Oh yeah, I was bored. And I haven't bathe since then.

Super nice and Vintage toys!

Today was nice.... The weather in KTPH is cool and breezy unlike any other day. Chew Min and I got free foods (vegetarian bee hoon and some fruits) and we managed to get a few minutes nap after lunch. :)

Then when I reached home and I saw a package and I somehow knew that it was meant for me. Well, of course la.

These items were wrapped with bubble wraps!! I'm going to pop them later.

Random: Suddenly a flashback of me and the pretty medic boy(then) reached under my void deck after the rta. He almost wanted to cry and I hugged then I blurted out "No matter what, I'm still going to love you". We cried together. And in my heart I wanted to run. I shouldn't have say it and I felt awkward. Then he tried to clean my wound. He felt bad that he was involved in the rta together with me. It was just our first few dates.

Porridge

Some people say if you are sick, you eat porridge, and if you eat porridge, you are like a sick person. But as for myself, I am not sick and I love porridge.

I was actually with macbook throughout my day. This book is just my side track.

Well as long as you're alone in the lift, you will definitely do your own things. But bear in mind that the lift has eyes. Yup.

Same old same old shit. And guess what, it was raining just before I wanted to go home. Sucks right? OT for a few minutes! Urgh!!!

Finally today is Friday, I just have to endure another half day and I'm done! I guess doing standby at KTPH is making me go crazy. Not because of the standbys, its the lobby. I am not a patient greeter nor an information counter girl. Lobby area is NOT my playground. Get it? I'm getting the feel of hating my job. Urgh!

I love RED!

Ok, after for so long contemplating to buy a red lipstick and which red color is the fiercest I finally found one! True Red from Revlon sounds really fierce enough(well I was thinking maybe the name should changed to Super Red Fire Engine!) Really really vogue and it makes my lips look sexy... I was actually scared to try red but hey, you need to invest on something just to know whether the stuff works on you or not! And it turned out.... SUPERB!! I love it!!

I am now officially love RED lipstick!

I'm going to miss Matin, tomorrow is his last day, of HL!!! Aaaarrrgh....!!! 5 weeks had gone so fast... Not fair! I want more. Please.... More of Mr Racer Boy. We can go to Sentosa again, we can go hanging out and play games, more BBQ days, more JK naik train moments and definitely, more meet ups between you and me at void deck. Of coursela now I have to be the "boyfriend" with a bike. :)
